• Greenhouse gas emissions calculations do not include Ergon Energy Clean Energy contributions. Therefore if you subscribe to Clean Energy your greenhouse gas emissions will be less than the amount shown.
• Differences will occur for residents in the Mackay area that currently receive this information on your bill as part of the bill trial. This is due to the Mackay trial being based on a smaller geographical area, inclusion of Ergon Energy Clean Energy contributions in calculations and average daily kilowatt hours (kWh) calculated daily.
